SQUARE FOOTAGE: 11,808, includes entry and cantilevered porches.

DESIGN & PROJECT FEATURES: This project includes a 36x60 ft barn with two floors of living area and parking for four vehicles, a 36x60 ft. home with full basement, an enclosed 18x32 ft. cantilevered porch overlooking the ocean and a 12x32 entry porch. Both homes are heated by wood and solar using Viessman flat panel and Tarm wood gassification boiler.
