PROJECT: 1880's Barn to Home Conversion, Glenn, MI

DESIGN & PROJECT FEATURES: This 1880's era four bay barn once stood in central Illinois. The white pine barn was dismantled, repaired and re-erected to serve as a home on lakefront property near the charming town of Glenn, Michigan. The SIPS wall and roof panels were upgraded to two-pound foam for added R-value. The railing work in the great room was hand-crafted by the owner and is a stunning compliment to the timbers.
