Strategic Work Group: Turning Focused Ideas Into Effective Actions
The past couple years have taught us all that we’re not really in control of anything. The overall economic climate is like a wild river and all we really have is a kayak and a paddle. How we use the paddle and where we steer the kayak is up to us. In this work group, Greg and Duke will lead a discussion about the future of the Timber Frame industry and how attendees can adapt as conditions change. The participants will roll up their sleeves, do some work assessing their current strategies and come out of the day-long program with new ideas for their company, guaranteed*. An added benefit of participation: Greg Stine will personally meet with you for 30-minutes during the Guild meeting (or by phone if time does not permit) to help you implement what you’ve learned from the session.
What is your focus for the next year? Our expert instructors will be your guides.
